Blood, sweat, no tears

So I finally got my very own personal physician the other day, yay. With that being said, I finally got in to have some blood work done and some interesting results came back.

I found out that my "CK Enzyme" [as per Wikipedia: CK catalyses the conversion of creatine and consumes adenosine triphosphate (ATP) to create phosphocreatine (PCr) and adenosine diphosphate (ADP)] was incredibly high. The average range as per my doctor is 200 - 400 and mine was at 900 (wish I could throw an over nine thousand joke in there). She said that it's the second highest she's seen in any of her patients. She said the highest was on one patient who was 4000! Needless to say however, she said that my number was fine and nothing to worry about.

The other result that came back was my testosterone, which was lower than normal. I actually asked if they could check my testosterone levels out of curiosity, so my doc added that to the test. I can't remember the number for that one but in a round about way I've decided to give up smoking weed (not that I smoke it very much) because I'm going to be applying for my ametuer boxing license. I'll go in for another test for... heh, "test" and then see what kind of affect it's had.
