Dinner, Kray, and Street Design

Dinner with Justin on Thursday evening at Bryant Lake Bowl. Met his girlfriend Liz and her family (half Minneapolitan). Liz is quite lovely. Somewhat flighty and quick to judge, but she seems a very good balance to our broody friend. I'm sensing this general convergence of our minds toward the influences of architecture. How did that happen?

I have been wondering about that development as well. Maybe we all need to start a firm together.

I need to to expand on my thoughts on Victorian architecture in a journal entry. I think that the Victorian's (and the periods immediately influenced by them - maybe as late as the period just before WWII) had a the highest understanding and development of the importance of public and private space and the role that designed space plays in civics, business/commerce, and private life.
