I've got someone from the business who just sent out an email asking if we had a cheat sheet available to distribute. Ok, these projects are going live on Monday - so it's a little late to be coming to us asking for a cheat sheet. Not to mention that we've covered three different projects with this training so trying to figure out what exactly does she want a cheat sheet on is a wee bit difficult.
I had to stop myself from sending back a sarcastic message asking "what kind of cheat sheet did she want?". Gah!!!!!! I'm sure they will want it to be laminated for them as well at our expense. Why not bring this up sooner?
