What have I gotten myself into
Man, just looking over my schedule for Faire. I am going to be one busy person for a good part of the day. I guess I had better be carrying around food to eat since it doesn't look like I'll get a long break until 3:00 or so. Not good. Not good at all. I really don't want to have to be buying food or drink from vendors, but that might be what I wind up doing.
I'm going to be the official timekeeper for the Faire, which means I need to make sure all the parades run on time and our living Statue gets her breaks on time and comes back on time. I think I will go out and buy another watch.
Rehearsal last night was good. Pretty short too, which makes it even better. It's nice having a really short Gateshow. Less to rehearse, less for people to mess up on. The boy was social with me like he usually is. My sword that he's borrowing got approved. Now I have to come up with reasons why I'm not wearing a sword....I am going to miss wearing a sword, but honestly, it was just going to get in the way with what I need to be doing. And the sword belt catches the walkie talkie.
I also have to see if I can get the chemise/bodice look going. Not saying that I want to look sexier, but yes, yes I do.
