Murray's Random Thoughts #21
1. I've had the same floss for months. So long, in fact, that I can't remember when I bought it. Seemingly, it's endless. I often (every two days) wish toilet paper were made with the same goal in mind.
2. On hot days like this, I miss my previous company. Despite its flaws, in jeans and a t-shirt is how I wish to spend my 30s. Girls always ask the same thing when I mention this and I always give the same response:
GENERIC GIRL: Why don't you wear short sleeved work shirts?
ME: Because I don't work in IT.
3. I got up for a run at 6.30am this morning. I mention it because that used to indicate the world was coming to an end. Like a plague of locusts.
4. You know I'm busy when the only date-activity I have the time to think up is "dinner" - first Hereford Road then that Texas place near Trafalgar Square. I had someone start for me full time on Monday, which means work pressure will ease and I'll be able insert some creativity into my social life in about three weeks.
5. Out of interest, who would you like to cast as the four leads in Sex and the City?
