I've started training at a new job. Teaworks over on Sabo@Beltway 8. Smoothie/tapioca/bubble tea/whatever.
SO disorganized right now. They don't even have written recipes for the drinks! People ask for a drink, and I just hope it's one I know how to make!
Craziness. Things will be changing there, and soon.
It's gonna be interesting for awhile, working both there and the Diedrich's. Teaworks is incredibly understaffed. For you Diedrichs people, imagine if Dirk came in and tried to work at the shop all the time.
That's basically how it is, with a couple of other people that work now and then.
Basically, they've got one real morning employee, and everyone else (all 2 or maybe 3 of them) float.
Very little organization. It's driving me nuts, and I've only been there one day.
Diedrichs will be a welcome break for awhile.
