(no subject)
So yeah, my friend left for Paris today. I'm gonna miss her.
Wasn't able to see her off, as I'd planned, had other things that I had to do.
Drove to the north side of town to get an application for Time Warner, for which I have to be at 290/Tidwell at 9AM IN THE MORNING!!!! (redundant, I know)
I was also supposed to take the ASFAB today for the U.S. Marine Corps, but stuff wasn't right over there, and it got rescheduled for next Thursday, and we'll try to do MEPs on Friday, if possible.
One thing I have to do, before I sign ANYTHING, is sit down with the recruiter (preferably Sgt. Elkins, my old co-worker), and basically have him tell me everything on the "Under No Circumstances Tell This To A Possible Recruit" list.
I want to know what the fuck I'm getting myself into. That, more than anything will influence my decision. If I have no clue what I'm getting into, I'm not gonna do it. As long as I know, and there's no suprises, I'm ok.
I know it's gonna be 6 weeks of utter hell, and who knows after that, but I'm not doing this blindly.

Anyhoo, I've gotta do laundry and get my resume ready for tomorrow morning.
