When a computer controlled phone system sounds like a person and takes verbal responses instead of keypad ones, it makes me not nearly as pissed off. I said something that it didn't understand, and instead of "Invalid response" or "Error" or "unknown" it had a somewhat flustered female voice saying "uhh, I'm sorry, I didn't get that" It was neato
