Oh, and by the way I've been away for the past few days because I've been moving to a new apartment. It's nice, a good amount of room and what seems to be a good neighborhood. So here I am in Jersey, having arrived around 2pm yesterday after a horrible bus ride and a twenty minute wait for a train in the middle of Camden. Right now I'm operating off of about three and a half hours of sleep, because I couldn't get to sleep last night. So tomorrow I'll be heading back to DC. This vacation has really felt too short, like I just got here yesterday and now I'm getting ready to head back in the morning. Today on my last full day in Jersey, udoswald and I went to see "The Departed." So I'm in Jersey for a few days on vacation until I have to go back to DC on Monday. I actually got in to town yesterday, but was extremely tired and way too scattered to write anything. Well, here I am in Jersey. I got in around 11:45 this morning after a shorter than normal and pretty uneventful trip on the Greyhound bus (we got out of DC about fifteen minutes late, but came straight to Philly instead of stopping in New Carrollton and Baltimore). I'll be here until the 23rd, hopefully relaxing and making the most of my vacation ( Read more... )

Oh, and I just have one more day left before I get to go home for vacation. 24 hours from now I'll hopefully be getting on my bus and getting ready to go. I can't wait, this is seriously going to be the longest day ever.
