The five essential textures of Traditional Chinese Medicine, from more Yang to more Yin, are:

• Shen (Spirit) - Mana-loa
• Qi (Energy) - Mana-mana
• Jing (Essence) - Mana
• Blood
• Fluids

The Blood is the physical body, the G'uph.

Jing (Mana) is the Nefesh, or Fetch.

Qi (Mana-mana) is the Ruach, or Talker.

Shen (Mana-loa) is the Neshamah, or Godself.
