The five Spirits of Shen in Traditional Chinese Medicine can be correlated differently with the five souls of Kabbalah, and the three souls of Feri.
Shen (small) is said to be the most Yang aspect of Shen (large). In this way Shen can be seen as the Yechidah.
Hun is considered to be just a little more Yin than Shen, so it becomes the Chiah.
I'm not sure whether Zhi or Yi should be the higher Yang or higher Yin, so one of them is the Ruach and the other the Neshamah.
Po still stays the Nefesh.
I don't like this arrangement as well as the arrangement in my previous posts, however. It just doesn't seem to fit as well for me.
