Well I managed to make it to Cambridge, I still have a couple of bits to do on the car but it got me to Cambridge. The best bit was realising my car still had some poke to it - bad bit is I can see myself with a lot of penalty points at this rate.

Anyway Cambridge was a lot better than I expected. I didn't expect the guys to have built the front for a wild west town, a mine entrance, a graveyard, a red indian village and turned a barn into a saloon in 4 days and make it look good. But they proved me wrong in some style. Once we put up the set dressing on the town on Sunday I was amazed - it really looked like a film set. The mine entrance and graveyard were fantastic too. We've got some more work to do on the village and saloon this weekend but it is mostly dressing. I can't wait until we get to be extras now - they're going to set fire to one of the wagons Nigel made and we've got Josh's blank firers to play with and all sorts. Its going to be so exciting :-)

In the meantime I have to look after Andy who can't walk again. I'm at a meeting on Thursday and back in Cambridge on Friday where I will try some exotic sounding dish from the local chinese and help make 20 masks for a music video. Saturday is going to be all kinds of fun. I plan on coming back from Cambridge and going to Dan's birthday at The George. At some point I will then head to the Soundy for Sam's leaving drinks which will hopefully coincide with Scott's birthday drinks. And then on Sunday I will sleep and possibly go back to Cambridge. Oh yeah and I'm trying to give up smoking again...
