juuuust finished the Watchmen comic, since I resolved to read it first...

... It hasn't left me 'despising' humanity like a friend said it would, per say, just really, really sad.

Any comic that manages to make you understand where most of the characters come from (excluding Dr. Manhattan, who I remain... neutral on?  But I don't like or dislike him.), even the ultimate 'villain,' is pretty damn extraordinary.

IT'S NOT OUT ON DVD YET DUMBKOPF

A DECENT COPY DOESN'T EXIST UNLESS SOMEBODY GOT A HOLD OF THE DIRECTOR'S COPY OR UN-FINISHED CUT (which I've gotten for two different movies from some people IRL)

I used to have a link to a good in-theater recording though but I don't have it anymore.
