That sounds like a good idea actually. Plus if they need a compelling argument to bring Mark back to the show... there it is. He has magical flicky powers that turn self-centered assholes into good guys :P I just wish Jacob could have flicked Ben in time. Stupid Ben. I don't even watch the show, and I hate him... he seems like their Sam or something. Except shorter. And wimpier. And more bug-like. But he has the "what about meeeeeeeeee" thing down pat xD

I've written quite a bit of Wincest, but mostly all of it before the angels came about... it was pretty much the only thing you COULD write back then other than gen :P I still read it sometimes even though I hate Sam... usually stuff centered around their earlier life, not post-Ruby. Once Castiel came around though, it was Dean/Castiel from then on out. And now Dean/Nick... and Lucifer/whoever I'm slashing Lucifer with on that given day, which is only ever four people (Gabriel, Castiel, Dean, or Sam :P)

I'm one of those four million people who are okay with it in fiction \o/ I'm actually okay with it in real life too I suppose... it's not for me, but hey... if it floats someone's boat and they're not hurting anyone, I don't care :P That's my philosophy. If I don't like something, I won't do it myself... but unless someone's getting hurt in the process or someone's rights are being taken away, I'm cool with whatever other people want to do. I wish more people were like that actually.

That's not entirely true. I wrote a bunch of Dean/Ellen fics back in the day. You can probably guess how well those were received. But, yeah, it's all angelporn all the time now.

I think it's a matter of knowing or not, and the ability to have children. If there's an innocent life that could be messed up, then, no. But if no one's getting hurt, then have at it. That's my view on a lot of things, too. like those bumper stickers that say, "Don't like gay marriage? Don't get one!"

Yeah, I wouldn't exactly encourage people like that to have kids... but then again a lot of people don't WANT kids. So just because they were a heterosexual couple doesn't mean they couldn't be careful their whole life and avoid having kids. Not saying that's what you were getting at either, but that's what most people argue against when you look at cousins marrying too... and they've done research on that to prove that it's totally bogus anyway. The risk of birth defect from two first cousins having a kid together is the same as the risk of a 40 year old woman having a kid. And you don't see us stopping 40 year old women from having babies although maybe we should... :P People are just afraid of what they don't understand. That's the real issue.

Dean/Ellen?? Wow, I've never even seen that before :P I kind of meant season 1 though. At that point it was pretty much Sam, Dean, John, Bobby, and random girls of the week. And I'm totally not slashing Bobby. Well, maybe with Crowley, but I still won't write it :P

Oh, I totally understand that some folks don't want kids, and that's fine. Even being careful, there's still a risk, though. Speaking of 40-year-olds having kids... have you heard about the - I think 60 or 70 year old who had a baby recently? Not cool.

Yeah. Dean/Ellen. And the main 'verse I was working in was mpreg. but it was better than my season one stuff for sure. Dean/Mary-Sue OFC is never a good idea when you can't write well. I think the entire fandom slashes Bobby/Crowley now, so you're in good company, at least.

Maybe a .001% risk if you're careful and use condoms AND viable birth control. But a whole lot of people believe in abortions too. I'm pretty sure if they're open minded enough to consider sleeping with a family member and they don't want kids, they're probably open minded enough to appreciate the option to choose to terminate a mistake :P

Was the male or female that old? It's pretty common for guys (especially guys with money... eesh) but not so much for women since their equipment gives out :P Way to go idiots. That kid will be missing parents growing up for sure. Granted my mom should technically still be around by those standards, but why increase the chances of a kid having to deal with that fairly young? It makes no sense :/

I never got into mpreg... I think it's the one kink that people get into that I can't appreciate for whatever reason. It doesn't squick me out, it's just weird for me and it doesn't really work. I've read some though, and if it's done well it's alright. I guess I'm kind of indifferent? I'm pretty well known for being hard to squick... I'm pretty much up for writing/reading/trying anything at least once, unless it's coprophilia or emetophelia. Those are the only two things that squick me. And I mean ONLY :P I should probably write for the kink memes that come around, come to think of it... but those things usually encompass so many different kinks at once it makes my head spin :P

People so don't write blood play enough. Or my other major kink which is pretty off the wall and I'm assuming at least half of fandom has no idea what it even is :P

That's true, I guess.

It was the woman. It's one thing to have kids at a reasonable age and then have something tragic and unexpected happen, but another all together if someone purposefully has a child at an age when most are heading into assisted living.

I'm of the mind that I'll give anything a shot once, when it comes to writing. Even the weird stuff. I'm not that into mpreg, but like you said, if it's done right, it's definitely worth the read. And now I'm curious and want to know what your other kink is.

LOL! Oh you don't want to know... except you probably do because I was vague. It's in the medical fetish kink realm, and I automatically feel weird even getting into it because people just look at me like I'm nuts... because at face value, it really doesn't seem like a good idea. Except it is :P Kind of like blood play when done right, I guess. I blame Mark for even existing for the blood play obsession... my brain had a thought and then ran away with itself and all of a sudden I had this scenario in my head and I haven't been able to shake it.

Anyway, the other one. It's called sounding. And I'm willing to bet that you probably don't even know what that is/what it entails... and if you do, I'm impressed and would like to know how unless you consulted Google :P I guess it's half medical fetish and half in the realm of BDSM (dom/sub) albeit mild... more of a control issue thing than anything. *cue the part where everyone runs away screaming*

I actually have a ton of kinks I get into, but not many that I actually practice... of course I guess sex has to exist to practice it, and yeah... not going there with present company. I don't even like him :P I read lots of watersports fics... not sure why. Don't practice that, but I'm cool reading it. I read wee!cest even though I feel awful for doing it. I guess I just read a lot of stuff because it's out there, and I can't look away... then I wind up getting into it and tack another kink onto my list. At least it makes the kink memes fun to read :P

I can't for the life of me understand why people like snuff!fic though... or necrophilia. I guess I should add that to the list of stuff that squicks me out. Not sure why so many people want to have abused or disabled Jensen either... or why they constantly pair him up with Jared's dogs :P That doesn't squick me so much as it just confuses me.

I have never heard of sounding. Then again, there's a lot I've never heard of, so it's not that surprising. And you don't have to worry about me running away screaming at the mention of BDSM. I'm in the Super fandom. It takes a lot to get most of us to run away screaming.

One of my favorite fics is Dean/John. Which usually squicks me, but it's so beautifully written and heartbreaking that it doesn't really matter. If something sounds intriguing, I'll probably read it, regardless of characters or kink.

There's Jensen/Jared's dogs out there? I'm officially disturbed.

Uh, yeah... in the kink memes, it seems to be one of people's favorite things to do, pairing Jensen with Sadie or Harley or both O_o Sometimes with Jared thrown in. I have no idea why this is so intriguing to people, but there you have it... it's one of the more popular kinks to pop up in the anonymous kink meme :P

I've read little bits of Dean/John, but I don't really make it a habit... again, it's usually in the kink meme so the stuff I see is probably not all that beautifully written in the first place xD It doesn't squick me out, but eh... if I'm going to read Wincest I'd rather it be Sam and Dean. Why? I have no idea. Although now the warped side of my brain just wants to see Dean/past!John and Sam/past!Mary because he was eyeballing her the whole episode and creeping me out xD

Most people if they know what it is and they haven't tried it themselves (or are not at least really open minded) cringe and think I'm insane... but it gets written every once in a while in the kink memes, so that's something I guess. It usually gets a lot of responses too, so I think maybe it's just an issue of people knowing enough to write it rather than everyone in fandom being freaked out by it *shrugs* If you want, I'd link you up to the one Dean/Castiel/Sam fic I found involving it if you're curious to know what it is... probably a lot safer on the eyes than googling it :P If you're not curious, I won't. I wasn't into the rest of the fic as much, but that part was wicked.

Vampire Mark makes me so happy and I haven't even seen it yet \o/ I really hope they do more with his character than they did with his equivalent in the British version... and I hope they don't kill him... and I hope they keep the supposed partial nudity, but they probably won't. I want Mark ass, damn it :P

I've been so tempted to just take that blood play idea to fic and work it into something because it's driving me up the wall... but it'd have to be Nick unless it wound up being RPS. And I just can't think of anyone to pair Nick with who'd be turned on by the fact he was Lucifer :P Because that's an important part of it. Dean... probably wouldn't be very impressed. Sam... would probably be freaked out. Gabe (who I've always wanted to try and slash with Nick) wouldn't fit very well because I'm sure angels see a much sharper difference between the vessel and the actual angel inside. Same with Castiel. So yeah, lol. I'd LOVE to do it because it's there anyway and it's not doing ME any good... but no clue what pairing to use. I'd write Mark/Misha because I love them so much or Mark/Richard for the same reason but... I've just never really written RPS outside of J2. I don't do it often, even though I read it a lot.

I finally got around to watching the UK version of Being Human. Herrick is my favorite character. I love him and his creepy awesomeness. Can't wait to see what they do with him over here!
