Summers end...
Today, I sent the pool that wasn't on to its new life. It was a grand idea but WAY too much work. The little lab will benefit from my laziness.
My dad was here last week,escaping the smoke and heat of Eastern Oregon. He seems better, we went down to the aquariun and he did well. Roper misses his big brother, his favorite playmate.
Mr. Super sensative has been quite the bully lately, both Mayzie and Seeger have been targeted. They are super tolerant, especially Mayzie. Seeger has bowled him over a couple times, but not in a malicious way. I think that Roper doesn't like me going back to work.
I am not real excited either, maybe it rubs off on him. I like my job, but not all the time it consumes. Its exhausting. Once got started I got into it and I think about work a lot. Can't imagine doing other work, but I have to say that thereare days I wish I taught something like art or pe. Though I would never tell anyone at work, they'd get pissy. Well I got to get back to grind .. .
