(no subject)
So it has been awhile, I guess I should update. Don't have much to say...just got back from my holiday in Scotland. It was very lovely, and the weather was nice. I saw Nessie the Loch Ness Monster (yes, that dorky X-File fan in me came back, and was all too excited about visiting Loch Ness).
Flying back sucked cause my flight was delayed an hour, so when we arrived at heathrow, the ground crew forgot we were coming in (how do you forget about a flight?!) and we had to sit in the plane, which was parked at the terminal, for half an hour, until someone finally came down to open the plane's door. Then we waited forever for the luggage, I missed the last tube back to the city, the last train as well, so I was pissed off. Decided ok lets try the night bus. No, too many scary people who want to be your friend, and I don't need any more friends. So I took a taxi home, which cost a fortune, but at least I got paid today. But still, I have 40 pounds less than what I had before. I hate bmi...
Now I am back at work (I should be doing work, but I would rather update) ready for my crazy week and a half of travel. Friday I head with the kiddies to Amsterdam, Monday I am on holiday to Poland (I guess not your typical holiday spot) and next Friday I head to Paris with the kiddies. And then my European adventures are done, which makes me sad. I am not ready to come home, though I am ready to leave the job (I hate students...they suck). I really don't like the US and really dont see myself living there for much longer. We'll see what happens...who knows.
I am still in shock that it is June. What happened to May? And April? Really...time goes by too fast. I remember being in school and thinking the school years lasted forever. And now they fly by. Weirdness.
So I think that is my big exciting update...oh does anyone wtach prison break? I missed the season finale last night and I want to know what happened! Did they escape?! Did anyone die?! I'll have to get the dvds or something.
