Are you serious?

I don't mind long phone calls at work. When the person knows what it is they want and have valid questions regarding their order, I'm totally fine with that. But I cannot begin to describe how mentally excruciating it is to be on the phone with someone who isn't quite sure of anything. I cannot find what it is you want when all you give me is a vague description and then add the words ..or like something at the end of each sentence. When I ask you what flyer you are looking at, the reply of The one you just sent me, after I'd *just* explained there are two separate flyers that just went out, does NOT help me. When I ask you to describe the cover of the flyer you are looking at, the same reply of The one you just sent me does NOT help me!

His one description of something in the catalogue was so off, that I nearly wanted to cry when I finally discovered what it was he was talking about. For example...he kept going on about a T.D. Jakes Study Bible, claiming it was in our flyer (the one we just sent him). I, for the life of me, couldn't find such a thing in either of the flyers. You know what it turned out to be? Turns out that what he was looking at was an audio bible read by various famous people....and T.D. Jakes' name was amongst the list of readers.

Flabbergasted. There is nothing else to say.

give me a break
