30 days has come and gone since I started at Wells Fargo Insurance. I was initially told that after 30 days, I'd be evaluated and either hired or let go. Kathy scheduled time for the two of us to meet on Tuesday to "discuss the position." To me, that meant make me an offer to hire me.

Nope. All we discussed was if I was enjoying the stuff I've been doing and to see if I was formally interested in being hired directly by WFII. I told her that I was VERY interested in being hired on directly and that it would give Tony and I a lot more stability/peace of mind. She was glad to hear it, mentioned the possibility of changing my position to directly support one or two of the managers, and told me she'd work on some offers for me.

Then, tonight I get a call from Office Team, the temp agency that placed me at WFII. Tami, the staffing manager who has been working on this case, tells me that she talked to Jill, one of the HR consultants at WFII. Looks like it will be 90 days from the time I started before any decision gets made due to fees that WFII has to pay Office Team.

Ugh. I just want some solid job security. And insurance benefits. That's the biggie at this point.
