Tired. Need Sleep.

Will make this short as I'm dead tired and nothing sounds better at the moment than getting into my nice warm, soft bed.

Hand has finally healed, back down to its normal size. Bandage came off Wed. as planned, good thing too, as I was going to go spare if I couldn't knit. Could probably have knit with bandage on, but my tension would have been completely off and I would only have had to rip out whatever I did anyway. Also had a number of things I had to do on the computer, which were impossible to do as typing with bandage like typing with mittens on. Hence, no updates here.

Things still tense and nervy, but not nearly so much as last weekend or Monday. Most inhabitants of the school have settled down somewhat. Students a bit more attentive in classes, though should be interesting to see the quality of essays I've received from some of my classes, what with the stress on the students. My marking schedule is rather tight, though, so couldn't push the deadline back.

Anything else? Something lurking in the back of my mind, something I was going to mention. Should be used to this--exactly like when I write Mum and can never remember things to tell her.

Oh bugger. That was it. Dinner with parents. Forgot to ask McGonagall re: leaving for an evening as have been rather busy, as has she. Mum's probably wondering what the hell is going on, will have to owl her tomorrow.

But first, bed.
