I was partially right -- school was called off today, and we have less than a quarter inch of snow. However, Mr. Prof called on his way to work and said roads were extremely icy, so I guess it was a sensible decision.
Just called to make dinner reservations for the place I want to go to celebrate my birthday --the message on the answering machines says they will try to open tonight, so I don't even know yet if we'll be able to go there. (Restaurant was recommended by the organic CAS farmer I know -- the restaurant buys her produce).
