It's Just One Of Those Days

Tanaka Koki.

Age: 17

Birthday: Nov. 5

Reason for going to Sakura High School: Was expelled from his old one.

Koki stared at his new transcript. He chuckled softly because it was the most vague piece of paper he had ever read in his life. If some random person were to look at it, that person would think Koki was some kind of criminal. A teenager, who was expelled and now placed into a private school, a delinquent, who didn’t want to deal with life’s actual problems, a good for nothing that would never understand the world and the world would never understand him.

Again, Koki had to laugh. He looked at the building that was now going to be his new place of learning.
“I hope there are some cute girls here,” Koki grinned like mad. He didn’t care if anyone found out why he was kicked out of his last high school. He didn’t care if people gave him funny looks for having long hair with blonde streaks. He didn’t care if he didn’t make friends. He just wanted to survive high school and not get bored. What best way not to get bored with hot looking girls in the general area?

Chappa One. `=]

“You wanted to see me, sir?”

“Ah! Nishikido-kun. Come in. Come in,” replied the principal, Nakai Masahiro.

“Is there something you need, Nakai-sensei?” said the ever so polite Ryo-chan.

“Ah, yes. We have a new transfer student today. His name is Tanaka Koki.”

“Domo,” Koki was jittery. He knew what he said before. That he didn’t care about what others thought of him or how he would spend his high school years, but that didn’t stop him from being nervous. Any kid would be.

“Ohayo, Tanaka-san,” Ryo didn’t know what to make of the new student. The boy was kind of tall, kind of sloppy, and kind of overly friendly.

“Niiii-shii-keeee-do-kuuun~,” Nakai sang. Ryo blinked. The principal only ever talked to him that was when he didn’t want to do something himself. Nakai had a fondness for Ryo and he did whatever he could to keep Ryo active in school. It wasn’t the strange fondness that some old perverted men had for young innocent boys; it was more of a father-son fondness that would make fangirls “kyaaaa~” like there was no tomorrow. Ryo laughed inwardly for he did not want Nakai to get the wrong idea. In truth, Ryo did care about the old man, but he hated Nakai’s antics. At times, the older one would get Nishikido Ryo in trouble and he would have to be sent to the principal’s office, where he would get a mini-fake lecture in front of his teacher, but once the teacher was gone, Nakai would be laughing his ass off. Those times would make Ryo want to smash the principal’s face in. It made him wonder how someone like Nakai Masahiro could become principal of an all-boys school.

“Ah, hai,” Ryo rolled his eyes. He could just feel something was going to be requested of him.

“Could you take Tanaka-san around? Show him how things are, where things are, and so on?” Nakai was doing his puppy eyed look now. He figured no one could resist.

Ryo raised his eyebrow. He knew that Nakai thought he looked cute with that look on, but it made him look more like a pervert. Ryo looked toward the new student. He wanted to see how the other reacted to his new principal’s actions.

Koki sat there twiddling his thumbs. He was amused by the principal and this Nishikido Ryo. He wondered if the two were going out.

Ryo was somewhat shocked when he saw that Tanaka Koki was ignoring them. It looked like the new kid didn’t care. Ryo shook it off and smiled. “Sure. I’ll show him around.”

Nakai clapped excitedly. “OMG. Yay.”

He grabbed Koki by the arm and started to push the boys out of his office.

“Mmmkay! Sole-of-Foot, Koki is going to be in your class and in your grade. Ah, I guess you figured that out, buuuut whatevs. Kk. Bye Bye!” Nakai quickly closed the door and turned around. He rested his back on the door and sighed. “It’s going to be an interesting year, huh, Kame-chan?” His pet turtle stared right back at him, almost as if he understood. Nakai smiled.

Koki and Ryo stood outside the principal’s office dumbfounded. They looked at each other and smirked identical facial expressions.

“Well, Tanaka-san. It looks like you and I are going to be together for a while.”

“Yeah.”

AN: My Koki is gangsta and has gangsta hair, damnit.
