OK. For the last time. If 1) you name your spouse as your first beneficiary then 2) if your child inherits then 3) your spouse must be dead so 4) your spouse can NEVER BE THE TRUSTEE FOR YOUR CHILD OMG QUIT DOING THAT PEOPLE YOU ARE DUMB.

Oh, I see where I made my mistake! How about this: I'll make my spouse my first beneficiary, and and my child will inherit if my spouse passes just like before, but I'll be the trustee for my child. That fixes it, right?
