Embarrassment wasn't an emotion that Mikuru was able to get rid of quickly, and when she was embarrassed she tended to avoid everyone. Therefore, she was currently seated on the end of the dock with her red hair blowing in the sea breeze and her bare feet swinging just above the water. Her shoes sat neatly arranged on the wooden planks behind her and she reveled in the silence and the solitude. Thinking about Gray and wondering exactly what he thought of her after her performance last time made her chest feel tight, and Mikuru kept her mind carefully away from his dark hair and deep eyes and the way he smelled and- GEH. He probably didn't even want to be her friend now, really.
