A kinda-sorta-maybe date (or the afternoon after the night before)
Who: Mainly Neji and Shikamaru, but whoever else interrupts their not date
When: Mid~morning/ Early Afternoon the day after the party
Where: Cafe Nausicaa
What: Shikamaru takes Neji out to lunch to discuss what happened last night, this morning's run-ins with the other Kohona ninjas, and what's going to happen next in their relationship. It is also a date, but neither are willing to use that word yet, at least not to anyone else.....
Rating: [PG-13 to R for yaoi and possible swearing
Shikamaru leads Neji to an open table on the patio, enjoying the nice weather and clear skies. He motions to a waitress and asks for two menu's before turning his attention to Neji.
"Well, our morning seems to have been eventful. My roommate was in the room when we woke up, I got accosted by Sai, and Gai~sensei announced our relationship to the whole school. You also got hounded by almost everyone from back home. Hopefully our da...our lunch goes a little bit smoother....
