~Kyuuuuuuu!~ Hakuryuu came flying at Komui's head before veering off at the last second to circle the room. The little dragon was obviously quite agitated. The room was in tatters, thanks the the dragon's panicked flight. Hakkai was curled up on the bed, book in hand, looking rather surly.

"Why would I want to do that?" he insisted in irritation. Unfortunately, Hakkai's personality as a child had taken almost full control. (It was only the little bit of adult control he still possessed to keep his child self from hurting Hakuryuu.) "I hate people. They're worthless and annoying."

Komui cocked his head to side with a frown on his face. He ducked the little dragon casually as he walked further into the room. "Surely you can't mean that." Komui's tone was stretched, remaining as cheerful as usual. Just being around this child... "Do you like sweet things?"

Hakkai looked up at him skeptically. "No. Why should I? So you can use them to bribe me?" He snorted, but kept one eye firmly fixed on Komui. "I'm not an idiot. I won't fall for the bull that you're trying to put out there."

((Ah yes... dear child Hakkai is so irritating. I enjoy playing him as an adult so much better!))

Cross groaned as he appeared in the Quad. Some things never changed, after all. He lay on the grass and started to drink something or the other.

"I showed up, can I go now?"

[have a hyper Linali!]

Linali, spotting her "boyfriend", ran over to Cross' side, smiling brightly. "Hi Cross-nii! I'm glad you came!" She poked at the drink in his hand. "What's that? Can I have a drink?"

Damn kids, he couldn't wait for Linali to grow up again, honestly.

"No, you can't. It's not good for you."

Linali pouted, but didn't argue. "Fiiiiiiiiiiine..." She pointed towards the coed dorms and smiled at Cross. "I'm going there to get my new friend Ryou," she confided, whispering in his ear. "I'm gonna go get him and then come back and we can all play, ne?" She patted his arm before running off, singing to herself in Chinese.

Little Fuji wondered what all this was about as he went to said designated place and looked around, recognizing only a couple of people there - Linali playing with some white-headed little boy - and Hakkai, who seemed to be talking to whom he would have to guess may have been the person in charge at that time as he walked over towards them. "Hi, Hakkai!"

Hakkai's eyes narrowed. "Someone's rather chipper," he stated darkly. He turned towards Komui. "Look, you've got someone else to drag with you now. Why dont' you go do it?" He waved his hand as if shooing off both Fuji and Komui.

"It's called being nice, maybe you should try it," Komui told Hakkai with a sigh. "And I only asked because I bought a few items from the store for everyone so they could enjoy themselves. Including you." He shifted the round covered platter on his shoulder and walked to the edge of the bed. He snatched Hakkai's waving hand with a gentle grasp. "Come on... why not come? What is there to lose?" A soft smile spread across Komui's face as he tried to coax him out of this depression.

Hakkai's face radiated fury. "Just leave me alone!" he snapped angrily as he fought against Komui's grip. "I don't want to be around stupid idiots!" As a child Hakkai had never really associated with the other children.

Atem had shown up in the Quad, not really wanting to be there, but deciding to behave for the moment. He rocked back and forth on his feet, looking around for anyone he knew. He wondered if Bakura was going to show up; considering Bakura could walk through walls, so it was going to be hard to drag him there.

Fuji wandered away, a bit sad that Hakkai didn't recognize him as he wasn't watching where he was going and bumped into someone. "I-I'm sorry...are you ok?" he asked.

Atem blinked in surprise as he was bumped into, jostled a little bit. He turned to see who it was, and saw someone he hadn't met just. "It's okay, I'm fine." He responded bravely. "Who are you?"

"My name is Syusuke...Fuji Syusuke," Fuji smiled holding out his hand.

Miranda wandered sheepishly into the Quad, wearing a modest, full-length black dress that she had managed to get at the Bookstore. Her wavy hair was just as long and hung over her wide eyes, making her look even more frightened than usual.

The now-young Exorcist slid sheepishly into a corner, curling up in a large chair and glancing around as she watched for Komui. She wasn't sure agreeing to come and help was a good idea...

After dealing with the boys, Linali couldn't forget one of her best girl friends! She rushed over to Miranda, peering up at her in the chair and grinning. "Ne, ne, Miranda! Whatcha doing?" She crawled up into the chair beside her. "I've been playing all day and now I'm sleepy. -yawn-" She curled up against her friend, giving her a sleepy smile. "Isn't it fun having everyone here?"
