So it's the first day of Spring, finally :) Even though the weather in Atlanta has been quite good it is still great to make things official.

I was in Las Vegas earlier this week. I went with my buddy for a quick hop since my wife is out of town visiting her best friend who had her first baby about 6 weeks ago. Stayed at the Mandalay Bay this time. Really great pool area there. Temps were in the 80's it was a dream. I was there for St. Paddy's day too which was a blast. We didn't plan it that way we just lucked out. It was my bud's Bday so that was the main purpose for the getaway and since flights were just under $300 how could I resist.

I simply love that town, I think it is my favorite place to visit. I'm not much of a partier, but get me there and I will go all night. I'm still not much of a drinker even when there, but a few vodka and red bulls and I'm set. Problem is, I always get back to Atlanta exhausted and tired lol.

Michelle is still looking for work. She is going to have to kick it into high gear when she gets back. I am banking all of her unemployment money each week. It's nice that we can cover all of our expenses on my salary and still not go into debt. The ironic thing is that now that she is out of work we are saving more than ever. We were fairly lavish spenders I must say. We definitely did out part to contribute to the economy. I was scouting out Blu-Rays right before she got let go. We don't have any debt, so we have been good with our money, but we were not saving as much as we probably should have. So sorry economy, we will not be contributing until you rebound and get my wife a job lol. Until then the money stays in my money market account gaining a staggering 2.5% lol
