As of today I've lost 26 pounds, mostly following the three hour diet nutrition plan and exercising.

I feel strong and am happy I accomplished what I set out to do (I have 7 pounds left till goal, but I consider this a victory).

In all other aspects, life is overwhelming right now and I am thinking seriously of moving my family to Mexico.

So I get this call on thursday afternoon at work, asking if I can come in the next morning for tests and monday for an operation I've been waiting 3 years to have. I laughed... I have a life, WTF?
