Oooohhh!
On my way out of work today, I took a tumble. The cleaners were in and mopping our elevator area-and my feet slid out from underneath. Down I went, thankfully straight on to my tush. Our cleaner came running over to help me up (he is shorter than I and about thirty pounds lighter!) Nothing broken, really sore and stiff-mostly damaged my dignity. A couple of naproxin, a hot shower and to bed I think.
