Latest news at 3 Jan: David Tennant has made good progress following his recent back operation and began rehearsals yesterday in preparation for his return to the title role in Hamlet. He has rehearsed again today and will perform this evening. Edward Bennett will therefore return to his original role as Laertes, along with Tom ( Read more... )

David Tennant continues to make good progress and we are hopeful he might be able to return to Hamlet during the last week of the run, although we still cannot be more specific about the exact date of his possible return.Granted, he's only 3 weeks out of surgery.
