I just had a suddent late night (aka early morning) appreciation for telling the truth.
Over the years, I have found that the clichés about truth have lasted so long for a reason. Especially "The truth shall set you free," and my favorite, "To thine own self be true." You need to apply this to dating, especially if you're a girl (note I said girl

here is a small list of what "professionals" (author's, people that travel and have seminar's, and guys that fuck a lot) have to say in terms of attracting women, friend or not:
1) The man has to do 100% of the work to attract a woman. A woman can reject the man for any reason (regardless of how petty) and not tell him why.
2) Once the man “gets” the woman (how sexist!), the man must be a 24-hour sideshow. He has to convince the woman that his life is exciting and full of adventure. If he does not, the woman will leave or cheat and then leave, blaming it on him.
3) In bed, the man must please the woman. Nowhere have I seen anything indicating the opposite.
4) Coupling with number 2, if the relationship lingers, and the couple develops a routine, the woman, if unsatisfied with every single aspect, can cheat without guilt. It is the man’s fault for not being exciting enough.
5) Women want excitement and adventure more than a man who provides. If the woman is with a provider, and she is bored, she can cheat without guilt in order to fulfill her needs. She will then stay with her unknowing husband.
Dating used to be so easy. You meet someone, you have interest, you date, you go from there. Now if you don't wear a kind of shoe that she likes, you're not worth it.
Then again, I may be speaking more in terms of girls around the city. But I do remember a huge number of petty women in college as well.

Chad stole this from me.
There's a lot more like it in my journal. You seem almost as bitter and cynical as I am.
I've friended you if you'd like to do the same.
