how do you tell yourself to not fear?  how do you dispel fear from your heart?  anxiety?  how do you tell yourself it's okay to be hurt?  do you breathe in deep?  do you flatten your back on the floor, your legs, your arms, and tell yourself that you can't move from this position till you have mastered it?  do you cry, do you let it all out, do you accept it and move on?  do you let yourself truly feel the fear, let it envelop you and breathe it in deep?  then do you breathe it all out, and let yourself be alright?

i don't know, but i'm finding out.  and i will come out stronger.
