WIP: Fitness Center
Opened up the game to play and instead started working on a fitness center, because of course I would.
Like SMCC Field right next door, this is a project that has been financed by the college but will be shared with the town. *
I've wanted the town to have an indoor pool somewhere for a while now (so many never-seen swimsuits!), and after building the athletic field, this seemed like a good match for the project. It's not fully decorated yet by any means, so emphasis on the "in progress" half of WIP.

Bathrooms with showers are through the door on the left.
Gym equipment on the upper level, with a stretching/warmup area.
Hot tub room. You know why.
And a self-serve smoothie bar.
The good news is I have started playing round 7, I swear! Here's proof, with Frida enjoying a "healthy breakfast":
