I've pretty much dedicated myself to working, eating, sleeping, and sewing for the next 6 weeks. To that end, in the past week I've

• finished the hem on my green wool Skjoldehamn gown, (to find that I apparently built it to measurements of 20 pounds ago; thank gawd that gores were standard practice and I have sufficient scrap)

It's Simon's fault. He's been involved with Fjellborg for some time now, and being that he is.... well, let's just say that I seldom reject opportunities for interesting research challenges.
