I now officially have a favorite author... YAY!! Don't get me wrong, there are authors that I have loved in the past, some that I have sought out because I read one book and desired more or full series that I loved, but this guy has me hooked! First off, he wrote one of my favorite books which I have re-read, loaned out, and recommended time and again.* Barry checked out another of his books recently which I read on our trip to the mountains** and greatly enjoyed. So when Barry brought home another of his books*** from the library this week, I quickly snitched it to read. The story is fun and silly and I got great enjoyment when I realized that a semi minor character from the last book was also a character in this book. What has me speachless and practically giddy now is that a scene from A Dirty Job just showed up in You Suck, just from the other person's point of view!! What I really love is that you aren't missing anything if you only read one, but just throwing that bit in is really great. This may not seem like much, but I think it is awesome, it really makes me want to devour all of his books set in this time and location to see what other bits cross over. Anyway, I highly recommend you read some of these and if you find any more crossover, let me know. Enjoy!
