Allow Me To Bring You Up To Speed
If you haven't been following me on my blog or my website or asked me to email you any news, then you don't deserve to know what I been up to cause you should be following me!!
Ok I'm kidding.
Seriously, I'm writing a book that may get published? Hopefully. I contacted the same publisher that published Bill's book and they said to me "send the manuscript on in". They didn't say they'll publish it, but "send it on in". So I'm working on that.
I won't reveal what it's about yet but if you know anything about me, you should have some idea.
In other news, I left Indy for Easter weekend and visited my friends and family. It was a pretty neat weekend. But holy balls I was freezing my ass off. I stayed with Bill for the first two days, then my mom's on Easter and I left the day after Zombie Jesus attacked. Felicia had to stay behind cause of roller derby stuff. I'm gonna extend an invitation to come to Indy and watch some derby to everyone reading this. Cause it's fun. You can stay at our place. We have Singstar! And I can sing Natalie Imbruglia's "Torn" like nobody's business.
Working at Staples is entering frustration again. I was frustrated the first two or three months I was there, then I was ok with the job. Then I got a new position where I fix the computers and now I'm frustrated again. The reason I'm frustrated is I got the new position...but I have to do the former position as well. And apparently I have to pay more attention to the old position than the new position, which is the only position I want so I can only work THAT position somewhere else. Ya dig?
On top of that, any time I sorta become friends with anybody there, they end up leaving. Hell, this one dude I am friends with, Wavy, WILL be leaving at some point in the future. When he leaves, I'll have no one to talk to at work and the job will REALLY suck. The funny thing? I could probably fuck everything up badly and not get fired cause right now it's just me and one other dude working in Office Equipment right now. Everyone else left or got fired. Which is why I have to pay more attention to that position than the new one, which I enjoy much more.
Hopefully whoever decides what's a bestseller in terms of books will find mine and I'll make a million dollars and not have to worry about any of that.
And yes, his name is Wavy. It's apparently his middle name and it was his grandfather's name. That's all I know. I'm guessing it was is grandfather's nickname. Me and Felicia wanted to start entertaining more, so we're gonna have a dinner party in May and invite Wavy and his wife over. It should be fun.
