aahhh, when deadlines are approaching
Haven't had the time lately to post anything.
Too much occupied with thesis writing and essay writing.
Do remind me to never take 2 courses and a thesis again along with an almost full-time job.
My Middle English has been a blast as usual. Did not have that much difficulty writing the essay either.
Only my thesis and my JA essay has been a horror story.
So far I barely managed to scrape 1900 words together and believe that has been some undertaking.
My thesis has been likewise.
Got an e-mail from v. leeuwen the other day that the official deadline is June 2nd.
I still have so much to read and write that I already told him that I do not see a way to make this possible.
The second deadline for the resit period is June 30. Not that much later. But my essay deadline is June 6.....
I am going to try to make this possible. But I am also doing a course for work about leadership styles and management,
which unfortunately also eats up a lot of my time.
HELP! I already had a look in my work schedule if there would be a possibility to take some time off.
Nope, considering we are only with the 5 of us, but most of us work partime. Normally this should be possible, whether it not that one of my colleagues is on holidays.... So no way I can take some time off. GRRRRR
Wish me luck as I have never ever considered Jane Austen such a dread as lately.
Don't get me wrong normally I love her work, but doing 30ECTS on her is madness.
And to make matters worse, the school next door keeps doing construction work after 10, neighbours don't know what a sound limit is.
Only a few weeks left how can I cope with this last straw. How to make it last?
