(no subject)
Well, the job's still going well, and I finally just got moved into a bigger place. It's only a one bedroom, but it would be difficult to not be bigger than the single room I was in before. Heh. So yeah, I have a kitchen now! Yayyy!! I baked last night for the first time in months, and man did I miss it. Mmm... cooookies.
Let's see, what else... hmm... not a whole lot else going on with me at the moment. Oh yeah... I missed visiting during the local street festival by a week last year, and it's this weekend, so I'm lookin forward to that. From what I hear, quite a wide variety of freaks come out of the woodwork and roam the neighborhood buying and selling things and generally making a lot of noise, which sounds right up my alley. Unfortunately I won't be able to spend any money without feeling really guilty about bending my budget, so I won't have as much fun as I'd like, but still, for a people-watcher like me, it should provide at least some small measure of entertainment.
Alrighty then, I've got 44 minutes till I get off work, so I think I'll try to dig up a quiz or a meme or some other highly efficient time-waster. =)
