Yo.
So I was going to update at about 8:30 this morning when it seemed like work was going to be really, painfully slow today, and ask you guys to entertain me by replying with amusing tidbits. Turns out it's a good thing I didn't, 'cause right about that time, two problem customers I had been dealing with all week that I thought were resolved both decided to pop back up again, so I've been goin haywire since. Bleh. Thank heavens and all that is holy (if there is, indeed, anything out there that truly is holy... but I digress...) for my lunch hour and breaks... my sweet, sweet last bastion of sanity. The building I work in is shaped kinda like a donut, with a little garden-ish sortof area in the middle with benches and trees and flowers and other such non-cubicle-environment-type-stuff, which is good, because if I had to be stuck in this cube for 8 hours without some sort of escape from reality, I think I'd end up flipping out and doing something I'd regret, like... well, I won't get into that in print... instead, I'll go down to the garden for the last ten minutes of my break and fantasize about it whilst I enjoy the warm sunshine and a nice, yummy smoke.
