so yesterday. curtis and i got up at 8:45 am and took my car to the garage. i was getting an oil change, tire rotation, and radiator flush. i also asked them to look into putting a light bulb in my trunk since i have been without a trunk light since i bought the car. then we came back and went back to bed. we didnt wake up again until 2 p.m. the garage hadn't called so i called them and they said my car was ready. i wasn't planning on picking it up until i was headed to work at party city though. i asked them about the light and they said that there isn't any place for a light in my trunk. tell me what (newer) car doesn't have a trunk light? so then curtis and i drive back and i ask the guy who's ringing me up if i can show him what i think is a light socket in my trunk. so i show him and obviously it just needs a lightbulb. so we go back inside and he gets out a bulb but when he looks up my car it seems that i need a special light bulb that he doesnt have. so he calls the other firestone that is right up the road and they are going to bring one down. he charges me $6 for the light and none for labor. so then we stand out in the parking lot (btw, his sister went to UMBC) and he tries to figure out how the lightbulb is going to go in my car. the guy finally gets there with the lightbulb (by now i'm going to be late for work, but i called and told them so) and it turns out that it's not the right bulb. so the guy goes back in and gets the first bulb he picks out and that fits and works just fine. we close the trunk and he says "but now i dont know if it went out." but lucky for me my back seats fold down so i looked and it was out. so finally i have a light in my trunk (only took 3 years).

then i went to work at party city. nothing exciting. but we got out late so i barely had time to come home and get my stuff together before i had to head to youth focus.
