pictures and other stuff
so first i forgot to mention that our team ate at a Thai Restaurant across the street from the base last night. it was okay. i mean it wasn't bad and i think that if i were to eat it more often then i might get used to it. it was just different. but i definitely made sure to say that i didnt want it to be spicy.
and then there was van driver training today. it was alright. i mean the guy was cool and just made us each drive around for like 25-30 minutes or so (there were 3 of us). i still dont want to drive at all. but he kept talking about how my team needed me or something. there are four other people who are going to be drivers, with the team leader, that's five. but there was an issue because 2 of them are under 21. well i'm sorry, but if he chose me because i'm over 21 because that's sposed to mean you have more experience, that's not the case. i've only had my driver's license for 2 years now. but whatever.
and now i will have a few entries with pictures because i have an awesome team member with a laptop.
i think i'll have three entries with pictures, the first will be pictures out of the window of the airplane on my way there, then pictures of our first project and my roomates and suitemates, and then pictures from old sacramento and maybe a few others stuck in there.
The Grand Canyon (unfortunately i was sitting right over the wing on the way to Vegas).
