Monday Blues
Actually, I've had quite an eventful Monday ...
After I had a rather weird dream that I am almost certain was sexual in nature *eek* but that I can't tell for sure cause I can't remember it the day started off on a stinky note since I had to clean the Kitty litter ... but then things picked up as I went to the mall and to a store called "Things Remembered" they sell like things that you can get engraved, like for Weddings, Graduations, Awards, Birthdays, Holidays and such ... I bought my Mother this set that I wanted to get her for Mother's Day but for some reason I didn't get her then ...
I was going to get her this :
But didn't have any pictures in hand that would go into the locket thingie .. but what I got her is this set with this mirror like stand where this perfume bottle with a butterfly on top, a jewelery box with butterfly on top and a heart picture frame(me wonders why it didn't have a sort of butterfly design but that's a little gripe) so it's cute and she loved it .. I engraved #1 Mom on it ... She loved it ... but she did ask me if I wanted anything from her due to the sudden gift .. I swear, MUST I want something to give her a gift ???? A little faith would be nice =P
Anyhow, this is the set that I got her :

And I stared at it for close to 30 minutes but decided on the 3-Piece Set instead.
BUT they do have this :
Which I REALLY love, even for myself ... I might get her this in the future with her name on it.
If only they had cat stuff for me =P but thankfully I like butterflies too ...
Ummmm, oh I got sidetracked and thus distracted and have no clue what else I was going to say ... *thinks*
Oh yes .. Hockey!
Rangers have signed Center Matt Cullen and Defenseman Aaron Ward from the Stanley Cup Champion Carolina Hurricanes, we also resigned Marty Straka ... I am not freaking out over our Restricted FA's because they are restrictive and the Team can match any offer made to them, also most teams going for them would have to give up first round draft picks to get them so yeah, I am sure that they will be back on the team. So far I do love what the Rangers have done, it reminds me of last summer. They had a relative quiet Summer by NY Rangers standards and yet the team had a fabulous season. I think that these two character guys add to the team and if we have some rookies that can crack the lineup next season like last then we will have an even better year. What makes me happier so far is that the team isn't willing to overspend like they have been in the past and I am so very happy about that. I think that this will only help us in the future and players see that NY isn't just the place to go to get rich and be lazy but it's the place to go to actually play hockey and be on a great team.
Finally but on the top of my mind, my thoughts and prayers go to
