Um...yeah. If I'm in my house when 10 feet of water inundate my home, I'm going to steal the neighbor's boat and rescue as many people as possible. If you want to sue me, that's fine. But you'll get yours. I was hoping the case would go to court because I don't believe a judge in the city would side with the plaintiff.
What a bunch of BS.
