It is official. Arnold Schwarzenegger is the worst California governor ever. Worse than Pete Wilson. Worse than Ronald Reagan. Worse than George Deukmedjian. The cuts to health care alone that he is proposing with his budget May Revise are brutal, heedless of human priorities, and would transform California into "Mississippi by the Pacific."
