I've always wanted to reconstruct a pair of Harem pants.  I kinda love the slouchy look.  When I saw this pair of HoundsTooth print pants at the thrift store.  I knew I had to buy and get my scissors on it.  Try and see if my idea can work out.  Morever, it was brand NEW!  Nice material and CHEAP!
