So tonight I drank some wine and hung out on the 221bbaker channel on IRC.
The net result is I'm going to see JF on Saturday! I'm so happy, I've really missed him.
We got to reminiscing too, and that was lovely. I'm all nostalgic now, thinking about the old flat, with Mike on the sofa (Mike, where were you supposed to be living? You were always cluttering our sofa with your bony arse), and whatever groupie was SO SURE that JF was THE ONE and they were going to be 2GETHA 4EVA. (Seriously, one of them said that. I'm so glad she didn't last...) and that sticky patch in the kitchen, Fluffy Tom and Pink Pete on the mantle. That Thing on top of the cupboard so he could attack your head.

And hey, guess what, I went to my storage shed and was looking through the boxes (sometimes it's bad that you can just pack everything up and send it home when you're travelling. Seriously, I have SO MUCH stuff.) and I found something awesome. You'll have to wait and see though.
