I took the day off work today as I've had dreadful depression for a few days so I needed a day to do my own thing. I went to the podiatrist again this morning and I've been referred to a surgeon to have my achilles tendons lengthened. Not looking forward to surgery but it will be nice to be able to walk for more than a few minutes without pain. ( Read more... )

I had a lovely but far too brief weekend.

It started with some Gin and Tonics at home with an old friend, then onto Mr McClelland's Finishing School where Chris was dj'ing. It's a monthly old school indie night with all the old classics, particularly when Chris took half my cd collection with him! It also has a very cute logo:
