The Great Hair Removal of 2011 will be in less than 2 weeks. I haven't cut it since I went back to work after D was born, so about 3 years of unchecked growth. I can't quite sit on it, but I'm getting close. This would be completely miserable in the summer heat and I have become quite lazy about it, mostly just clipping it back out of my face.
I picked a style that will not be completely below my shoulders: stacked bob (no bangs). This freaks me out a bit because I haven't had any hair that short in over 2 decades. Gotta try new things. After all, it will always grow out. Thanks, timeliketears for the recommendation!
The biggest question is how long to allow the front ends to be. Could be cool to go a bit below the shoulders, but how much??
I feel like I'm picking out a tattoo or something and should post these pix so I stare at them for days before going through with it.
