Well, not so much pervy so much as "something natural that everyone does."
In "The Cautionary Tale of Numero Cinco," Spike says this:
Not much choice really, is there? Can't drink, smoke, diddle my willy. Doesn't leave much to do other than watch you blokes stumble around playing Agatha Christie.
It probably occurred to me in the back of my mind that Spike (and other characters) had "quality time" with themselves, but then it made me wonder how often and who did it the most, etc. So...
