Calling it what it is...

Note: A sparse few of you will know what I'm referring to, but most of you won't.  For those that don't just know that I got into a discussion about the male gaze, the female gaze, season six, and Marsters.  This entry is an explanational rant, but it should make sense.

Warning: May ruin season six Spike nekidness for you.

I'm not bad--I'm just drawn that way. )

dumb ass award, essay, rant, ramble

Word.

And also, WTF was SMG laughing at him? I'm glad you're here to think about those things and post about it because my brain doesn't have that level of undersanding and I'm glad you explain things to me.

*loves you*

That movie was called Swordfish, btw. And yeah, totally gratuitous tit shot that cost the prods how many millions of dollars? *shakes head*

I wanna hug JM now. Poor guy!

*squishes*

Thanks Lady :D Love you back.

And Swordfish! Yes, thank you. I think it was like an extra million for each boob or something? Though I may be low balling it.

Ditto on the hugs.

*hugs you*

And I'm also working on the next installment, just for you :D

*waits patiently for the next installment and realised she will not be able to look at a pic of nekid Spike from season 6 ever again without thinking about this post and poor JM being laughed at by that mean SMG*

*huggles*

Dude, I have no idea...

Some people are okay with nudity, blah blah blah, but I think that if that is going to occur, it should be fair and professional. And really, that show was on prime time television--it wasn't F/X. They should have toned it down.

I believe you are very much right. Even if the crew and co stars didn´t maybe had the worst intentions while laughing, they didn´t necessarily realize how much they were doing damage, it still was wrong. We need to have empathy no matter who we are or where we work. It´s the humane thing to do, to not make things worse for someone who is already in a difficult place. So yeah, you´re right.

Common courtesy and common decency shouldn't be so hard, particularly in the work place, and especially under such circumstances. Perhaps I'm just thinking of an ideal world, though.

Thanks.

OMG! That is just awful! I had no idea James went through something like that.

I never cared much for S6 but now I REALLY hate it!
