I'm not a vegetarian!

This may shock some of you...but I'm not a vegetarian! And thanks to a wonderful butcher up the street from my work, I get wonderful meats from 100% organic animals (not all his stuff is, but the chicken and beef are). They do special cuts, and special orders...and well, I'm happy. They don't take credit cards, so I'll be writing a lot more checks...but that's not a big deal for me.
